Sacred Heartians Observed World Ozone Day 2023 on 16th Sept 2023 with a vibrant morning assembly raising awareness about the vital role of the ozone layer and the ongoing efforts to protect and preserve it.Students displayed placard on the theme 2023 i.e. “Montreal Protocol: Fixing the Ozone layer and reducing climate change” and raised slogans 'ozone for life’ during the celebration. They also took pledge collectively along with the school Principal and the teachers to preserve the Ozone layer.A small Programme was organised by Geography Club wherein specific models were demonstrated to educate the children about the importance of ozone layer. A significant aspect of the celebration was a tree-planting drive organized by the school's Eco-club.
