CISCE Zonal Workshop on "Technology and Digital Tools for Teaching and Learning" Successfully Conducted In a significant stride toward digital empowerment in education, Sacred Heart Convent School, Sector 39, Urban Estate, Ludhiana, proudly hosted a two-day professional development workshop on the theme “Technology and Digital Tools for Teaching and Learning” on July 16 & 17, 2025. This impactful workshop, held under the initiative of CISCE New Delhi and the Diocese Board of Jalandhar for Ludhiana Zone, aimed to equip educators with the latest AI-integrated teaching tools and digital strategies to enhance their classroom experience and lesson planning. The sessions were skillfully facilitated by Dr. Gaurav Kapoor, a seasoned expert in educational technology, who enlightened the participating teachers about various AI tools, digital platforms, and innovative teaching techniques. The sessions not only covered theoretical knowledge but also involved hands-on practical experiences, allowing teachers to explore and apply tools in real-time classroom simulations. The workshop focused on: - Making teachers tech-enabled and AI-literate - Enhancing lesson planning through digital tools - Implementing AI to improve student engagement and classroom effectiveness Participants expressed great enthusiasm and actively engaged in all sessions, gaining valuable insights to implement in their own schools.
