Students of XII Humanities of SHCS,SEC-39 on visit to the Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, gained invaluable insights into the judicial system. The High Court, which serves as the apex judicial authority for Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh, handles high-profile cases and appeals. Established as one of the oldest courts in the region, it boasts 69 courtrooms and was designed by the renowned architect Pierre Jeanneret. Students enjoyed lunch with members of the Executive Body of the Bar Council, including their treasurer, Adv Sunny Namdev, gaining further insights into the legal profession.
