GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

You must have the following documents with you at the time of registration, as these documents need to be uploaded with the Registration Form:

  1. Photograph of the Father, Mother and Child is compulsory. The photograph should not be more than 3 months old and a Family photo is also mandatory.
  2. Kindly ensure that you provide us with valid Residential Address, personal mobile number of Father and Mother and E- mail ID for further correspondence.
  3. Registration Forms available for class :
    Nursery : 01st October, 2025 – 10th October, 2025
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Please read the information and criteria given in registration related links carefully before filling in the form.
  2. Enter the child’s details (Name, Parents’ Names, Date of Birth) accurately. All names must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS and spelt correctly, as these will appear in legal documents and CISCE records.
    • No changes will be allowed later in Date of Birth or names after admission to Nursery or any subsequent class.
  3. Incorrect or incomplete information will lead to automatic disqualification
  4. Each applicant can register only once
  5. All columns of the form (except E-mail ID) must be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS
  6. Do not use abbreviations or short forms of words
  7. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. The form cannot be submitted if these fields are left blank
  8. Registration will be accepted only after successful online payment of the registration fee. The fee is non-refundable.
  9. After completing registration, take a printout of the Registration Form and Registration Receipt, which will also be sent to your registered e-mail ID. Kindly ensure the e-mail ID provided is correct.
  10. Applicants whose forms are approved will be informed about the Interaction Session via Text message /E-mail. The Text message will be sent through the school ERP portal under the Text message header EDISAP-P.
  11. On the day of the Interaction Session, parents must bring:
  12. 1. Applicant Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Compulsory).

    2. If you belong to SC, ST or OBC you are requested to bring the Applicants Caste Certificate (Compulsory).

    3. Applicant Aadhar Card Photocopy.

    4. Transfer letter of parent (For transfer cases).

    5. Any of the Current Address Proof (Father or Mother) - Aadhar Card / Rent Deed.

    6. Printed Registration Form.

    7. Printed Registration Receipt.

    8. Parents are requested to save this school mobile number 7837798813 to receive messages and updates regarding the Nursery Interaction Session and admission process.

  13. Just because one child of yours is admitted in the school, it is not bound to give seats to all your other children / or of your relatives.
  14. Registration does not guarantee admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the management of the school will be final. In case the admission is granted, there is no process of refund of all the charges paid at the time of admission, though the parents withdraw the admission of their ward or whatever the case may be.
  15. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management).
  16. The School does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the School. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The School will appreciate to know if there is any such person or persons so that proper legal action can be taken against them.
  17. No telephonic enquiry about admissions will be entertained.
  18. The school does not have its own transportation facility therefore the transportation of the children is entirely the responsibility of the parents.
