SHCS, Sec-39, Urban Estate, LDH hosted an insightful and impactful Staff Orientation Program on the theme "Educational Transformation" On September 7, 2024. The session was led by the esteemed Fr.Dr. Suresh Mathew Pallivathukal, an experienced educator and the orientation focused on the need for a transformative approach to education in today's rapidly evolving world. Based on the National Education Policy 2020, 50 hours of continuous professional development for teachers, head teachers, and teacher educators is essential to effectively impart education through this transformative approach. Fr. Dr. Suresh eloquently emphasized the importance of embracing change in teaching methodologies, integrating technology, and fostering holistic development in students.
