The Installation Ceremony of Sr. Maria Sebin DM as the Principal of Sacred Heart Convent School, Sector 39, Ludhiana, was held on 24th June 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the New Reception Lounge. The solemn and graceful ceremony was attended by the School Management, Staff Secretaries, and Coordinators.
The programme commenced with the reception of Sr. Maria Sebin DM, during which she was honoured with badge pinning and a Saropa along with a lighted candle at the entrance. A melodious welcome song set a joyful tone for the gathering. The Staff Secretary then extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries present.
A floral felicitation followed as a mark of respect and appreciation. The prayer service included a prayer song, a reading from the Holy Bible by Sr. Prakasitha, and Sr. Crispin offered special intercessory prayer and expressed her words of appreciation, after which all present joined in reciting Psalm 121, invoking God's guidance and blessings upon the new Principal.
Rev. Fr. Sebastian P., School Director, led the concluding prayer and expressed his appreciation and good wishes to Sr. Maria Sebin DM as she assumed her new responsibility. The celebration continued with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing a new beginning in the life of the institution.
Addressing the gathering, Sr. Maria Sebin DM expressed her gratitude for the trust reposed in her and sought the cooperation and prayers of all stakeholders in fulfilling her mission. The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks.
