Sacred Heart Convent School paid a heartfelt tribute to the beloved former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, on his death anniversary on 27th July, commemorating his immense contributions to the nation and inspiring life during the morning assembly. The event, held in the school auditorium, was attended by students, faculty, and staff who gathered to honor the legacy of the "Missile Man of India." The program commenced with a solemn prayer service, invoking blessings and remembering Dr. Kalam's vision, dedication, and service to the nation. The Principal, Sr. Crispin, addressed the assembly, highlighting Dr. Kalam's remarkable journey from a humble background to becoming one of the most respected scientists and leaders of India. She also urged them to follow Dr. Kalam's ideals of honesty, dedication, and service to the nation and to draw inspiration from his life and strive to achieve their goals with perseverance and integrity. On the occasion members of SCIENCE CLUB organised a Science Seminar depicting Dr. Kalam's Life & achievements, his contributions to science and education which provided an educational experience for students, helping them gain deeper insights into the life of the eminent scientist and leader.
