The students of Class VIII embarked on an enlightening visit to Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) on 2nd & 3rd of Nov 2023. The visit included a tour of the animal husbandry facilities, allowing students to witness firsthand the care and management of various livestock species. They gained insights into modern farming practices and the importance of animal welfare. Experts from GADVASU engaged the students in interactive sessions, explaining the significance of veterinary sciences in ensuring the health of animals and, consequently, the well-being of communities. The visit to GADVASU was an inspiration for the students to consider the diverse opportunities within the fields of agriculture and veterinary sciences. As the students returned to the school, they carried with them a deeper understanding of veterinary sciences paving the way for potential future Animal scientists and veterinarians.
