With a view to develop the quality of leadership and to promote healthy competitions among the students, all the activities are organized on House basis. The whole school is divided into four houses. The House activities are under the supervision of the House Incharge teachers and House Captains. Each house performs various duties for a month in rotation. Facilities are provided for all kinds of cultural activities. Physical education for students is provided with healthy sports and games. Capable instructors are readily made available for this. Individual performance of the students is given full attention, along with instilling in them a spirit of co – operation and sportsmanship. Optional Activities : The school arranges specialized trainers for children who opt for developing their inborn abilities in fine arts, music, dance, sports, games, martial arts, Yoga’s, skating,……etc.
Cultures are what make countries unique. Each country has different cultural activities and cultural rituals. Culture is more than just material goods, that is things the culture uses and produces. Culture is also the beliefs and values of the people in that country. Culture also includes the way people think about and understand the world and their own lives. Every year in our school we do cultural / annual functions. To create a feeling of patriotism our national days and festivals are celebrated with great delight and vehemence through house wise competitions like Clay modeling, Poster making, Rakhi making, card making and Diya making. , the significance of important days such as labour’s day, vanmahotsav, children’s day are highlighted through debates, cultural programmes, declamations and also through speeches in the morning prayer time.
Sacred Heart Convent School has a spacious playground. Besides athletic related facilities, the school has a Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Cricket Ground, facility for throw balls, badminton etc.

An arts and craft describe a wide variety of activities involving making things with one’s own hands. Arts and crafts are usually a hobby. Some crafts (art skills) have been practiced for centuries, others are more recent inventions. A number of Crafts like Card Board Modeling, Candle making, Interior Decoration & Home Craft are opted by our students according to their interests. The handicrafts prepared by students are displayed in these rooms.
Sacred Heart Convent School offers music and dance facilities to all the students for which separate music and dance rooms are provided. These rooms are equipped with latest musical gadgets like synthesizers, guitars, congo, drum sets and harmoniums for the use of students: Indian classical, folk and western dance are also taught to the students under the guidance of trained dance teachers.
